My expertise lies in supporting trauma survivors. I recognize that processing these experiences can be immensely challenging, often leaving you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, and isolated. Whenever you are ready, I'm here to walk alongside you on your journey.

-Exploring and addressing sexual triggers 

-Developing and learning ways to cultivate trusting relationships

-Exploring the impacts of trauma on identity so you have a greater sense of self

-Helping you manage and regulate difficult emotions with coping strategies that work for you (anxiety, depression and/or PTSD)


I often find that EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), TF-CBT (trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy), or a blend of both approaches is beneficial for trauma survivors.
